The way the online platform is set up is not user friendly and very time consuming. If you answer incorrectly the site kicks you out comply and you have to go from the beginning and sign in all over again. This is very aggravating! If you have a smart phone and know how to jump from web page to web page it’s a little better. But most people won’t realize this.
