Unfortunately upon booking, I noticed after checkout the date defaulted to the booking date rather than the one I selected in the future. I’m not sure if this was because this is a self initiated tour. I contacted Viator immediately and they would not change the date. I then messaged the tour operator twice with no response. I am highly disappointed that the tour operator failed to respond all together, which is an indicator that they potentially would fail to respond while executing the activity itself. This could have been such a simple fix and likely has a simple explanation of a software glitch or that the date doesn’t matter, but no response from the operator tells me they are not monitoring their service or product.
