Although wheelchairs are not permitted to leave the dock with us, we can assist guests with loading and unloading wheelchair bound guests onto the boat. We simply ask that you advise us of any accessibility concerns at the time of booking so that we are prepared to accommodate you.

Billy was our man on the glades and he was both informative and had a great sense of humour. Other reviews suggested the early morning trip was magical and it was, water like glass and a sense of peace as the sun rose. Billy found many varieties of wildlife including turtles and gators. Superb trip.

We (my family and I) had the most amazing experience with Billy. Having read some of the reviews of the bigger companies we felt they weren't for us and saw this company. The morning started off with a courtesy call from Billy's company asking if we are okay to find the meet up point and did we need any help. We found the boat launch with no problems what so ever (the directions were spot on) but it was nice that they called to see if we were getting on okay. Billy arrived on time as promised by the lady on the phone. He asked if we were ready to have some fun and we said yes and off we sped. You can tell, as others have said that this was Billy's passion and way of life and not just a touristy job. He knew where all the wild life was (including the alligators) and he knew all about their history, their habitat, what they eat, etc. He is a real encyclopedia when it came to the Everglades, it's wildlife and its vegetation. We learnt so much from him. Half the time I figured he thought we couldn't hear him because we didn't say much but it was simply because we were just in awe and amazed at what he was showing us. At our first stop he showed us the difference between some of the plantation and then said "enough of learning, do you wanna see some gators?" Naturally we said yes. And he said "good, cuz there's one right there". and pointed next to us... to what he reckoned was a 12 foot alligator staring at us! I have to say were totally safe the whole time. Billy knew exactly what he was doing and we liked the fact that he was so respectful of all the wildlife and the Everglades as a whole. . I'm know you can't make animals appear on command and some times this may happen on some days but Billy knew where to go that was for sure. As first timers to the Everglades from Britain we were speechless and in awe the whole time. Absolutely would recommend this tour of a wonderful part of Florida.
