Although wheelchairs are not permitted to leave the dock with us, we can assist guests with loading and unloading wheelchair bound guests onto the boat. It has been a very good experience, we had a great time and we saw a few crocodiles. Captain Jack has made the trip much more enjoyable, he is a pleasant person and has a lot of knowledge about the everglades and crocodiles, he has been giving us conversation about curious facts and the comments he made were very funny. Without a doubt a totally recommendable experience. The day we had reserved it rained and they offered us either a refund or to book for another day which is very good.
