Just Great. Tour guide had real passion about the show and great knowledge of "behind the scenes". It is a very comfortable tour. Very fluid. During the few stops you do , you will have time to enjoy whatever has to be done, but doesn't make the tour too long.

I was so excited about my tour and showed up early but the tour guide never showed up. I waited over an hour and called the support number and was assured she would be there but no one ever showed up. I called their customer support and they were not only super unhelpful, but very very rude. One lady even hung up on me. I wouldn't book a tour to the bathroom with these people.
