Hop on a cruise to Shell Key Island and see dolphins and other wildlife while snorkeling. At this pristine wildlife preserve, you'll get to snorkel and observe the wildlife, go for a relaxing swim, or just walk along the beach and collect shells. Depending on the time of year, you'll see dolphins in their natural habitat, along with manatees, rays, and wild birds.

All of our rides are semi-private, with a maximum of 6 passengers per boat, so you get to avoid the crowds when you ride with us.

Loved the information that Capt. Tony provided about the area. He was also able to engage a couple of dolphins to play in our wake.

Dissappointeddue to the fact we were told it was a wheelchair accessable activity and it was not. Totally disappointed. Beware of booking agent and the company can't help withtheir false advertisements.

I was very happy to find this activity online that was handicap accessable. See my husband has been kept at home during CoVid and this was so needed to boost our spirits. Instead of booking online, I called to ensure the information was correct. This event was to be the highlight of our trip. Around 430 the day before I called for more information about the island and which wheelchair to bring. I was informed by the man who answered that the activity wasn't wheelchair accessable. Needless to say the highlight of our trip was ruined. It was too late to find another event because everything gets booked. A real disappointment for us. I will never use you to book a trip again.

Ms. NotAGoodDay, your poor experience was with the Viator customer service people. They were the ones that misinformed you about wheelchair accessibility. It was not Island Ferry staff that misled you. It's terribly unfair and inappropriate for you to review our company when your grievance is with Viator.
