Overview

Hop on a cruise to Shell Key Island and see dolphins and other wildlife while snorkeling. At this pristine wildlife preserve, you'll get to snorkel and observe the wildlife, go for a relaxing swim, or just walk along the beach and collect shells. Depending on the time of year, you'll see dolphins in their natural habitat, along with manatees, rays, and wild birds.

All of our rides are semi-private, with a maximum of 6 passengers per boat, so you get to avoid the crowds when you ride with us.

Had a great time with Captain Dalton on the 2 hour dolphin cruise and snorkelling trip! He was so knowledgeable about the area and knew right where to take us to see dolphins, including a baby dolphin:) He educated us throughout the trip and had a great sense of humour! Everyone on board had great time and we all found sand dollars! Would highly recommend this trip!! Thanks again Dalton!

This was a fun extra something to do while in St Pete. Captain Dalton was really fun (I hope I remember the name correctly!) and provided fun facts during our ride. The boat ride was very scenic. We spotted just one dolphin but it was literally riding right along with us and a very large group of sting rays. Shell key was beautiful and my husband really enjoyed "snorkeling" for shells. It was a chilly afternoon so I didn't snorkel as much and beached it with our 9 year old. We very much enjoyed the trip and would love to check out the half day cruise next time when we come for a longer stay!

Overall beautiful experience, saw dolphins, found some amazing shells. Our guide, Tony was very informative. Great short tour for the price. If you want to snorkel and enjoy the beach for more than 40 minutes, maybe book kayaks or different tour. For us was perfect.
