Hop on a cruise to Shell Key Island and see dolphins and other wildlife while snorkeling. At this pristine wildlife preserve, you'll get to snorkel and observe the wildlife, go for a relaxing swim, or just walk along the beach and collect shells. Depending on the time of year, you'll see dolphins in their natural habitat, along with manatees, rays, and wild birds.

All of our rides are semi-private, with a maximum of 6 passengers per boat, so you get to avoid the crowds when you ride with us.

Captain Dalton provided a great family experience for us. He made our family feel welcome from the start, and also gave us some fun local information on Shell Island and the biodiversity. Bonus, we saw a dolphin up close and had a great time shelling!

Captain Devon was a lot of fun as well as very knowledgeable about the ecosystems of the Gulf and Bay. The boat was super comfortable, and the two-hour cruise was a perfect amount of time for us since we were visiting family and didn't want to take a full day.

One of the best choices I made was to make a reservation with Island Ferry. Our original date showed bad weather and they called me to see if we could change the date. Thankfully we could because the excursion was fantastic. Captain Roger was so knowledgeable about the area and answered all my 4 years old questions. We saw so many dolphins playing. It was so cool! Shell Island was crazy cool. SO MANY SHELLS! I looked for weeks at all the different companies that do tours of Shell Island and I selected this one because of the small group size. Since we were a party of 5 we had the entire boat to ourselves. It was amazing. You won't regret booking this!
