Hop on a cruise to Shell Key Island and see dolphins and other wildlife while snorkeling. At this pristine wildlife preserve, you'll get to snorkel and observe the wildlife, go for a relaxing swim, or just walk along the beach and collect shells. Depending on the time of year, you'll see dolphins in their natural habitat, along with manatees, rays, and wild birds.

All of our rides are semi-private, with a maximum of 6 passengers per boat, so you get to avoid the crowds when you ride with us.

Wow! Just wow! Captain Dalton took us on a action packed journey! I was impressed with the history and commentary during our cruise. I always enjoy those little tidbits of information! He made great efforts for us to see dolphins, snook, & manatee and his knowledge of marine life provided great narrative! Arriving at the island and beaching the boat he provided stairs and snorkel gear. We found great shells! The current moved very quickly, more so than other beaches I’d been to at St Pete. Sand shoes weren’t necessary, but I was glad to have them on with all the shells on the beach. This tour lasted a little over 2 hours. I recommend you set aside some time for this adventure! Island ferry did a fantastic job!

Tierra Verde marina is gorgeous! The booking process was so simple. The parking was very easy with signs to guide you where to go. The captains disinfected the boats in between uses. Dalton was our captain and he was amazing! He was friendly and provided a great experience. He put the passengers safety first and he was very knowledgeable of the area. We saw dolphins, manatees and all sorts of other sea life.

This trip was worth every cent from start to finish! From the get go we got lost getting to the marina (heads up if your driving there use the address and not the location), I called the marina and the owner instructed us how to get there and reassured us the boat would would wait for us. When we got the marina, they helped us unload the car which was a great help as we are a family of 6 our kids ages range from 12 to 2. Our captain was Chris, he’s amazing, very knowledgeable about the area and went way out of his way to find us wildlife and Shells during the snorkeling portion. We saw a dolphin, and Chris allowed us to hang out by him for about 10 minutes or more so we could get great pictures and watch him swim around, the kids loved it. With the ages of our kids it is tricky to find things that make everyone happy, everyone had a absolute blast with this trip. This is a great company, great people, great trip. 11/10 stars!
