We had a good time. Our guide Gabriel was good and informative. The van was comfortable, and clean. Could see great out of the big front window as well as the side windows. So much to see. Would like more shopping and sightseeing time on Hollywood Blvd, but we would have missed out on something else to do that. Melā€™s Dinner was good, a little expensive for lunch. Some in our group saw Neil Sedaka in the outside eating area. We would recommend to do this tour to see a little bit of everything.

Thanks for submitting your review. We appreciate what you have said about the bus. We are proud of the comfort that they provide. I agree with your comments about shopping and sightseeing. LA is a big place. We have assembled what we feel is a good selection of attractions to present in the time available. Glad to hear about the celebrity sighting at Mel's.

Throughout the day, the driver would point down streets and say " down there you would see"....vs. us actually seeing things. Highlights of the tour were the stops near the Hollywood walk of fame, and Santa Monica pier. The driver was nice enough, but there was no indication before the tour that we wouldn't see rodeo drive or any stars homes. We understand if there is a new restriction on tour vehicles going to those places, but that should have been communicated ahead of the tour and the price adjusted accordingly.

Thank you for submitting your comments. It is through submissions like yours that we are able to keep our tours current and adapt to guest suggestions. As you indicated, as the result of abusive conduct of other tour companies, the City of Beverly Hills has imposed significant weight restrictions on commercial vehicles. Initially, those restrictions applied only to the residential areas of the city, hence, we removed any reference to accessing those areas from our promotional materials years ago. With the City's imposition of those restrictions to Rodeo Drive a few months ago, we have modified our route and are now providing drive-by photo opportunities for Rodeo Drive and included the Beverly Willshire (the "Pretty Woman") hotel. Of course anyone with a valid driver's license and credit card could drive around the county. We pride ourselves on providing a significant sampling of LA's attractions for our guests. In the 8plus hours of our tour we cover well over 100 miles. Having someone drive and guide you minimizes the negative impact that trying to do it on your own would cause. Thank you again for submitting your comments.

It was fine / okay. The Hollywood sign is pretty far away. The Walk of Fame was pretty cool. Melā€™s Diner was good.

Thanks for submitting your comments. Being "fine/okay" is not exactly what we had hoped for though. I wish you had provided input concerning the dozen or so other attractions we showed you. Glad you liked the Walk of Fame and food at Mel's. I agree, the sign is pretty far away. It has been in that locations for about 100 years.
