Tour itself was good, not sure the driver followed the company script. Viator told me Tour operator could not pick wife and I up at Doubletree, San Pedro, where we were staying. Told during phone call to challenge pickup location, we had to get picked up at Anchor Pointe Inn. $23 by Uber. Original pickup time was 0830; picked up at Anchor Pointe Inn at 0915. Four people already on shuttle said they were picked up at Doubletree. WTF! Requested partial refund, pending.
