This is tough. Gabriel, The tour guide, was a friendly enough person. He seemed to know a lot of info, but often his commentary went political mentions the president and people voting a particular party when the state is known to be the other party. The Van….the microphone system didn’t work well and we couldn’t hear some of what Gabriel was saying. His fix for this was to turn off the AC on a very warm July day in LA. At some point he opened up the driver’s window and we felt no AC at all. He never suggested that we could open the small windows until someone asked about it. I’ve been on other tours like this where I gained a lot of information and a real appreciation for the locale. This tour had a lot of down time where we were just driven around inside this hot vehicle.

Thank you for your comments. I appreciate your input. We hope to refrain from political, religious, and personal comments which do not directly relate to our tour itinerary. I apologize if any of what was said offended you or was inappropriate. With respect to the air and audio, I have had both systems checked by the dealer. Although no defect was identified, they offered suggestions which we will employ to assure proper adjustment. Maintaining the temperature in the vehicle on a hot day is a significant challenge. Boosting the output increases the air conditioner's noise which, competes with the audio output. I am curious about your comment of the tour having "a lot of down time" where you were "just driven around". Once in Los Angeles from the 25 mile drive from Long Beach, we stop and get out of the bus for photo, lunch, and photo ops almost every 15 minutes. Once again, I appreciate your taking the time to submit your comments.

Would of liked it to be more upbeat and stories added along the way. Have done it before and was expecting a little more from it for the price!!!!

Unfortunately, the review is vague with respect to what you felt was not "upbeat" and your "expecting a little more...for the price" We are always interested in knowing opinions from our guests so that we can, where appropriate, modify or adjust things as needed. Unfortunately, you are not providing a clue as to what you did and did not like. You indicated that you "have done it before". Was your prior experience with us? If, so, did we change (add or eliminate) something that caused your concern. Again, I appreciate all input from our guests, but with no specifics, I don't know what, if anything I can or need to do.
