I arrived at Honolulu airport on an international flight. I waited at the pick up point (information desk) as per the instructions in my booking email however there was no Speedishuttle representative or driver to meet me. After waiting for over half an hour I decided to get an uber to my hotel instead. I contacted Speedishuttle later that day via email to request a refund as they failed to pick me up. After many weeks of emails back and forth speedishuttle have declined to provided a refund. Their reason is that due to my flight arrival time they decided to change my pick up time to 40 minutes after my actual booked time without informing me, they then claimed that I was a "no-show" and it was my fault for not calling them earlier or knowing that my pick up time was changed without telling me. As an international tourist who had just arrived I did not have a local SIM card to be able to call them on arrival, instead I relied on the details in my booking confirmation email. The way Speedishuttle conducts their business and their communication with me have been deceptive and unprofessional. They appear to have had no intention of picking me up and were determined to mark me as a "no show" to keep my money. Looking at their other google reviews this appears to not be an uncommon experience. I wish I had took the many negative review more seriously and booked with a more reputable company rather than trying to save a few dollars with Speedishuttle.

On time, personable. The lei greeting was wonderful. Flower lei was beautiful. Driver gave me wonderful information about Hawaii on the way to the hotel.
