Ensure a hassle-free way to end your vacation with this convenient, reliable transfer from your Big Island hotel in Kona, Hualalai Resort, Keauhou, Waikoloa Beach, Waikoloa Village, Mauna Lani or Mauna Kea to the Kona International Airport (KOA). After being picked up from your hotel by a friendly driver, you’ll hop in a comfortable Mercedes shuttle and be whisked off to the airport.

You MUST select a hotel that coincides with the area in the itinerary section of this product. Failure to do so will result in a cancelled booking.

Driver was on time but dropped us off at the wrong departure area of the Kona airport dispite our objection that he had already passed the correct drop off spot for American Airlines.

Prompt service. Driver arrived early and was courteous and friendly throughout the transfer from the hotel to Kona airport. Will definitely use this service again if necessary.

We arranged a pickup to go back to the airport and get our rental car which would be available at noon. Pick-up was scheduled for 9:30 and we figured it was to accommodate people needing to make a plane, but then they called an said they were in the area a bit earlier and when they picked us up, there was no one else on the shuttle. Other than getting up really early on New Years Day, it was fine.
