Was very prompt and efficient. Our driver on the way from Oahu to the airport was a woman of few words, and not very cheery, but we got there! She could have explained that where she dropped us off was the domestic part of the airport!! That caused us a fair bit of drama later on!!

We tried to access our return trip to the airport but they had trouble pulling up our reservation. Finally they pulled it up and made a time reservation for us. Too much work to get confirmation.

My luggage was lost so it took me a couple of hours at the airport to make enquiries hence no one there from the transfer company. Had to use my overseas phone to call and than they came back for me.
Return was all good.
