This was the worst shuttle service both ways I have ever had. The trip from the airport had about an hour wait prior to leaving. The excuse was bad traffic. The shuttle companies should and would fully understand their area and routes. I do not think they had enough vehicles to handle ALL the bookings. On leaving hotel the shuttle was at least half hour late. When 20 minutes late I rang the shuttle company. Never able to speak with anyone just on hold in a queue. There should be a hot line number on booking papers. Very unimpressed.
