I travelled with a friend who had used this service last time she visited Honolulu and she was disappointed that the route taken to get to the hotels was straight down the highway. on her last trip the driver entered Waikiki via Honolulu and pointed out many interesting sites such as the harbour where Gilligans Island was filmed and gave general information about how to get around Waikiki and Honolulu. Maybe it was due to the many changes the the layout of the streets ( lots of one way streets) that prevented this from happening this time. But it did save us having to get our luggage out of the airport and into a taxi.
