The service was excellent the van was very clean, they were on time it was very good. The only thing little be down was the driver do not talk a word with us during the way to the hotel, but besides this everything was great. Thank you.

Drivers were both prompt and efficient. Our pickup driver from airport to hotel also gave us information about the area, which was appreciated. I would only suggest that not everyone has the same taste in music, so maybe drivers could remember to turn down the volume.

It was my fisrt trip to Honolulu and it was very obvious from arriving at the airport that Speedi Shuttle is THE shuttle service on the island. This is a big operations with tons of helpful and friendly staff and very accommodating and courteous drivers. At first I hated the idea of a shared ride but it only adds on a little time and the large scale of their operation seems to make is easy for them to group small parties together that arrive at the same terminal and are staying in hotels that are close to each other. Upon arrival I found several Speedi Shuttle porters who picked up our baggage and brought us to the shuttle. Right behind us were the other parties sharing the ride and we waited maybe ten extra minutes total before all riders were in the van. There are tons of these shuttles, so I can't imagine having to wait long even if you missed your shuttle and/or arrived early or late. The vans were very comfortable and well kept. The vans were practically new with very strong air conditioning on both legs of the shuttle.

I like to get to the airport early so I called the day of to change my pickup time. No problems there and they were happy to do it. Definitely the way to go in Waikiki.
