Thank you to Speedi Shuttle for being there as we got our luggage from our hop flight from Maui over to Oahu. They were waiting for us and helped with the mounds of luggage we had. For our return to Honolulu airport at the end of the week, they were on time and helpful, again, to get us there for our flight. I would definitely recommend them for this service.
What can I say, they picked me up and dropped me off. The lady driving the van was very nice and shared with me some information about the islands. Very nice.
When we were picked up at the Honolulu Airport and were transported to the cruise terminal we had ample time to spare and this part of the pickup was fine. Then, the day we departed from the ship, everything was very hectic and confusing. We went to the pickup point, I tried to give our name/info to the sign-in rep and he just ignored me. Then, after I did get his attention, we waited and waited for a van to arrive. After that wait, one of the luggage people came out with a rack full of suitcases and the people who owned them. He took them immediately to the front of the line and they all got on the van (no room for anyone else after they were loaded in) so we (all the other people who had also been waiting along with us) had to wait once again. Mind you, the humidity was very high and it was very warm which didn't help those who were waiting. Finally, another van drove up and they were only taking passengers going to the hotels. We were finally able to get on the next van (after almost 45 minutes waiting outside) but then the driver was a little put out because he was only supposed to go to one of the resorts and not the airport but after a conversation with the other reps, he loaded us on the van. Going from the cruise line terminal to the airport transfer was not a good experience. I was really surprised because when we hired Viator in Barcelona we were treated just the opposite. It couldn't have been better. You may want to have a discussion with the company in Honolulu.
