Tour was great. We did the deluxe wet and wild. . Food very good. Crowds were light on a weekday. I just wish tour returned to Waikiki later- it would have been nice to stay till 4

Upon our arrival in Honolulu airport, a representative was waiting for us at the baggage claim area. There was a designated place for all the travelers who availed of this shuttle van. The representative helped us with our luggage until we got into the waiting van. It was a smooth ride to our hotel. On our way back to the airport for our flight back home (July 4), the shuttle van arrived on time. We passed by the other passengers in different hotels but we still managed to be in the airport more than two hours before our flight. We were very satisfied with services rendered by the company.

It should not take 2 hours from when you arrive until when you get to your hotel. Waiting 40 mins for the shuttle is unacceptable and then being taken on a wild goose chase throughout residential honolulu past where your hotel is, is also unacceptable. The tour says airport to hotel, not airport to residential areas. When I'm staying at the Hilton Hawaiian Village there is no reason what so ever that I should still be in the shuttle when dropping someone off on the OTHER side of Diamond head. Luckily the way back to the airport was better, but not without problems when calling to confirm. Sad because I had amazing service with the same company on the big island days before.
