After being met in baggage claim and receiving assistance with your luggage, you’ll hop in a comfortable Mercedes shuttle and be whisked off to your destination. Upon departure, you will be picked up from your door and transported comfortably back to the airport.

Driver on the trip to the hotel was very abrupt and ruff with luggage and was going to drop us off at the wrong location had we not checked. Pick up was morning of heavy rains from the hurricane and driver would not drive to the enterance of our accomodation, as we had been advised by the operator when we confirmed pick-up time. We had to wheel our 10 pieces of luggage (4 people) through heavy rain with no cover and help load the luggage in the rain. We arrived at airport soaking wet as were some of our luggage. Not a good end to our trip. Would not book this company again.

Our tour guide coming was very nice and gave us a little history on the island. Actually both drivers were very nice! Would use again when I come back to Hawaii!
