Booked a round trip from the HNL airport to our hotel in Waikiki on the operator through Viator. Great price, nice clean and new vans, super friendly drivers who tell you fun facts about the city and on time! Not sure why they have some bad reviews. Highly recommended!

The actual travel from hotel to airport was fine. The speedie shuttle driver was there on time and very friendly and helpful. However, there phone operators appeard confused and disorganised. when I rang to confirm our travel they did not have all the details or misunderstood all the details so that I had to continually repeat my requests. Then they left a later message asking me to ring them to confirm my travel - which is what I had done previously. I would not recommend using this shuttle again because they are disorganised and do not honour their travel arrangments even when paid. I am also skeptical about viator given they are effectively recommending the people that they sub contract to.
