I got wrong directions twice in Baggage Claim, and when I finally got accurate directions, the person just pointed me to the shuttle, where passengers were boarding and their luggage was being handled. Meanwhile, I was struggling alone with mine until I called attention to the fact. The return trip was fine.

Meet and greet not the best.had to cruise the kerbside to find an associate who seemed to be in a state of confusion and kept moving us to different coaches until she found the right one.However once we were allocated a driver the trip was excellent and your driver first class. Sure the return will be better and without the quarter of an hour delay!

Exceptional service by all concerned. Greeted as we exited plane with a Lei, and directed where to go and who to see at baggage claim. Young man at bagge loaded bags onto trolley and took us to vehichle, introducded us to driver. each step was explained and we were made to feel comfortable and relaxed. dropped at front of hotel. Easy to book return, picked up at hotel, dropped at door to check in and explained where to go next. Would receomend this to anyone visiting Waikiki
