The pickup with Speedi was not well orchestrated at the airport. We had to ask several people from Speedi where to find our shuttle and finally went outside and "grabbed" someone to help. We called for the return shuttle we purchased and there was so much confusion, we had to call Viator to help.

Fantastic holiday in Hawaii, no problems at all with our transfer transport from and to the airport or our trip to pearl harbor booked with Viator. Transport was very tidy and on time and the drivers were very polite, friendly and knowledgeable.
