The hotel pick at the end of our trip was managed very professionally.
I did call the office to confirm the pick up time and was placed on hold .I hung up after a period, and the call cost me $14, so I was less than impressed. When I called back, the second time, I managed to get a lovely person to help confirm times etc.
Arriving at the airport, we had purchased the round trip pass on line, but this did not assist in speeding up a transfer. We waited ages, and seemed like chaos at the pick up area. What I book again? Not sure.
