The service was good but I explain a week before that I had a broken arm and I need help at the luggage carousel and nobody showed up. It was very difficult to maneuver three bags with one arm to find the shuttle

Our flight was late out of Seattle. We arrived and waited in another line for at least an hour and when we came out and asked a Speedi Shute driver for a ride he said he couldn’t do it. He called someone and gave my name and then while he was talking on the phone he walked away without saying anything to us. We ended up taking a cab because we were exhausted. It was getting close to 24 hours of travel for us.
