Difficult to communicate with customer service to confirm pick-up from hotel to airport. Hard to get through and then difficult to understand.

When we arrived, our driver was waiting for us with a smile. They were friendly and informative and we had a great trip in. However, our trip home was not as good. our driver was nearly an hour late. .We missed our normal check in and were not happy. Also, he did not make any conversation at all, which was the complete opposite to our experience on arrival. If I could rate onthe arrival it would be 5 :)))) and on departure it would be a 1 :(

The pick up was perfect and on time. There was a problem with the lei greeting but your customer service has already handled it. I will always use and recommend viator tours
