Good service, however reason for rating at 3 stars is due to the return trip to the airport. We were the first pick up and the driver then continued to pick up other travellers around Waikiki for the next 30 mins. Hardly an efficient service for an early AM flight! Would I use again? Probably.

On arrival at the airport there were not enough vans to get passengers to their destination points Because our group of 5 was going to a hotel and not a cruise ship we were last on the priority list. Our driver was tired, didn't catch that we were going to Lagoon Tower, drove passed it, we got out and had to carry our luggage back up to the hotel, we were not happy campers. Next time would get private taxi!
