Thought I would see someone from your company in the baggage claim area. Didn't see anyone, eventually found someone just outside the terminal. Wish there was someone in the baggage claim area with a viator sign etc.

Service was great. Everybody was nice and helpful. However, we had to wait at next stop for over 15 minutes since the party was not there. After the long wait, we left there without them anyway. We were told to be there at least 10 minutes before at pick up spot and let the counter person that we were there, and we all did so. So, I did not understand why we had to wait at the other hotel. I hope you have better way to communicate with customers.

We could not find anyone with this company to catch our ride. We were told they would meet us at baggage with a sign with their name on it,that did not happen. We went looking all over for this company and finally found them 4 gates down outside visiting with each other about 5 of them . My parents are senior citizens and cannot walk to far, which they had to, to catch this shuttle. When we loaded ourselves, I got out the stool for my parents and helped them in the shuttle ,while they were still visiting. At pick up time to return to the airport, We were told by the driver he did not have room for us, which they were late, the lady at the desk told us to get in. Too much confusion, I will definately choose anothet shuttle service on my next visi to Hawaii.
