G'day Hawaii, our holiday was fantastic, would recommend to anyone. We were picked up at the airport on time and safely delivered to our hotel. One snag however, we did not know if we were being picked up for return to the airport or not, also at what time. We had no contact from anyone. I tried to phone the company on the previous day with no luck, being put on hold until the public phone time run out. I did this several times. I then asked our hotel to help, they continued to try and contact the office number given to me. Eventually they got through and confirmation and time was given. After that no problems, picked up on time and at the airport in good time to meet our flight.
