the flight was 1 hour late . the man from viator from where I bought airport to hotel transfers was waiting ! no added delay getting to check in. perfect,.

Booked through Viator with SpeediShuttle providing our roundtrip airport transfers. A SpeediShuttle representatvie met us in baggage claim and escorted us to the shuttle loading area. Another SpeediShuttle representative took our luggage and had us on a shuttle within 5 minutes. Unevenful trip to our Waikiki hotel (Hyatt Regency). Uneventful is good. Return trip was also uneventful. Driver was at the hotel at the scheduled time. Both drivers were professional and loaded and unloaded our bags.

Keys - look for the Viator/SpeediShuttle reprensentative in baggage claim. Confirm your return shuttle the day before you leave. Speedi did had a minor problem locating our return reservation. I think the problem was because of the Viator confirmation number. Note that they can look up the reservation by last name which they did.
