Worked pretty well. Under the impression someone would be there with a sign and our names on it but we had to ask the Speedi Shuttle girl where to go.
Otherwise good value for money compared to a taxi

The pick-up at the airport was superb. The return from the cruise ship left a little to be desired. For some reason, we had been bumped to a later pickup (even though we confirmed our schedule) and ended up waiting almost an hour in the sun for another shuttle. Things happen, but it would have been nice to receive a phone call to inform us of the delay.

Not reliable with pick up times. 20 minutes late with hotel pick up to airport!! That is not good even if you are planning to be early!
