Got us from the airport to accomodation and to airport when leaving.
There are cheaper options that are just as good, only booked as had vouchers to use and didn't cost that much more to purchase when using our vouchers.
They turned up about 30 minutes early to take us to airport so they had to wait with people in the van, we were ready but still had to check out of our accomodation, so we held them up about 5 minutes. I think they tuned up early as there were people that had to get an earlier flight than us and this saved them sending out 2 vans at 4.30am in the morning.
Service is good but as said there is cheaper options for same service and reliability, they took a little time when we arrived at the airport organising which groups to which shuttle.

The shuttle was on time, had my information, and got me where I needed to go. Only thing that would have made it better would have been better communication about our pickup time on the second part of our round-trip shuttle.

This service is great. Punctual. When we arrived to Hawaii, it was excellent service from the pick up and drop off. Use this service if you require transport to and from the hotels in Waikiki. Value for money. :-)
