The rude and non-professional Speedi Shuttle van driver upon arrival at Honolulu Airport. Unable to provide his name due to no name tag!! Will not utilize them ever again, though it was not my choice, we were not made aware that Viator was out sourcing our ground transportation. Speedi, lived up to the negative reviews we saw prior to our arrival and Viator was made aware of our concerns when we were made aware of transportation out sourcing.

We arrived At The Honolulu airport on 9/29/21 at around 9:35. When we got to baggage claims there was no one to greet us. We waited almost an hour. We tried calling with no answer. We had been left high and rey. Airport staff tried to locate the Speedishutle driver . He or she was nowhere to be found. Finally had to take a taxi which cost us nearly $40. I called the company the next day to get a refund. I was told they would investigate it and call me back. They never called. We had booked round trip service, so I called the day before we left to make sure we would be picked up. I was given a pickup time and told I would have to go thru SW vacations to see about getting a refund. They never explained what happened. I will never use them again , they are unreliable and they just pass the buck when they screw up. This was our first trip to Hawaii. We are planning on returning. I seriously doubt I will use Speedishuttle again.

Very patient. Our flight was delayed and she was there for us. She was very friendly even though she had to wait for us. Driver was also very helpful and patient.
