This is the only shark tour in the USA and to our knowledge the only tour where guests do not get in the water to view the sharks. Delight in close-up views of sharks and a variety of other marine life. In this eco-friendly catamaran, travel through shallow waters to a location a few miles from shore, observing dolphins, stingrays, barracudas and native birds along the way. Bait is used to attract lemon, nurse and other types of sharks to the side of the boat. What To Expect

Key West Extreme Adventures Shark Tours

After check-in, the Tiger Cat will cruise through Key West harbor on the way to the Key West National Wildlife Refuge. Here guests will see numerous sharks and a variety of wildlife including dolphin.

Key West

Travel through shallow water close to mangrove islands as you make your way about 4 miles (6.4 km) away from shore to the shark viewing site. Along the way, keep your eyes open for dolphin, sea turtles, stingrays, barracudas, tarpon and an array of native birds. Listen to your experienced pilot discuss the delicate ecosystem of this area and its abundance of wildlife. Enjoy complimentary water, soda, juice — as well as the use of polarized sunglasses — during your trip. When you arrive at the shark destination, get ready for an unforgettable experience! Your pilot will use bait to draw a host of sharks that swim right up to the boat so you and your family can observe them in safety and comfort. See numerous lemon and nurse sharks, and watch out for bull, black tip and hammerhead sharks during nearly one hour of shark viewing. Capture dramatic photos you can't wait to share with family and friends.

Our family had a great time! This was one of our favorite activities in the Keys!! It was a first to see how sharks feed. Everyone was given the opportunity to get great pictures and video. The crew was very knowledgeable and friendly. We saw dolphins and a huge sea turtle on our way back to shore! Definitely recommend.

Took our family of 6 and everyone had a great time. They have the sharks trained well to show up for lunch so it's guaranteed you'll see Lemon sharks. I was worried we wouldn't see any but there looked to be 15-20 sharks. Unfortunately we didn't see many dolphins. For me it was the best part of our vacation to Florida.

Among my many travels, this shark and wildlife tour was by far the best your I have ever seen! This stellar 2-man crew was personable, knowledgeable and funny. This uncle and nephew duo shared an incredible amount of respect for marine wildlife and the ocean. The sharks were expecting our arrival. These were huge, full-grown sharks fed from a long pole. They were so close to our boat...just feet away. It was the most incredible thing I've ever seen. It was exhilarating, exciting and far beyond anything I could have ever imagined! In addition, they took us out a bit further to see the "dolphins playground". We watched dolphins frolic up and down the surface of the deep blue ocean! Most definitely a must see!
