Going under the Pinellas parkway and taking pictures of the arches at night, amazing looks, light workout.

Let me say I know they canā€™t control the Red Tide so they werenā€™t in their normal location, but that is not why it was rated 1. They showed up late so the tour started more than 30 minutes late. There was no ā€œHi I am your tour guide, you need to call the number we gave you so you can hear me.ā€ For that reason, half the people didnā€™t have their phones set up when they took off. We had kayaked before and they raced off (no identifying marks or lights on the guide kayak) and this is a night tour! He left half the kayaks behind. We could tell which one was the guide when he shone the spotlight once in awhile. He talked about feeding fish to attract some near us, but never stopped long enough for us to actually feed the fish. They were Glass-bottom kayaks, but so dirty, not sure we could have seen anything. I guess we did see a lot of seaweed. Another kayaking company cancelled our tour due to low tide. This company wanted the money bad enough they werenā€™t honest enough to cancel. Everyone just left after tour in a hurry. Very disorganized, too big of a group, didnā€™t keep track of anyone. They definitely need better communication and directions. The fact that illuminated was spelled wrong on their truck should have tipped us off. Be wary!

I'm sorry you felt like you had a bad experience. Our main location was shutdown because of all the dead fish and red tide but we had so many disappointed individuals that wanted to go on the tour that we moved it to an alternate location. As far as being honest enough to cancel if you read the messages and text that was sent to you by our reservation office it explained that this was an alternate location because of dead fish and red tide at our main location in St. Pete Beach. Because it was not our main location we actually sent out two tour guides instead of one. We had our main guide in the front speaking on the conference call and we had a secondary guide covering the back of the tour and both of them had the only green lights on the tour. We explained this very carefully to everyone and the card that is handed out also has verbal instructions. As far as any words on our vehicles being spelled wrong. I can send you pictures and even post on our website so everyone can see. It was dark and maybe you wear glasses but didn't have them with you. Interesting enough we had several 5 star ratings on the same night. I'm assuming you were the same individuals that had a competing watersports company maybe - not sure but definitely out of the ordinary comments for our reviews!

Wanted to do this on our family vacation to Clearwater. First booking was delayed due to the hurricane. I was able to send a text which was replied to and we were able to set up a time for Saturday evening. About 4 hours before our scheduled appt we received a text that they had to cancel the tour due to the red tide and the dead fish in the area. They waited until the last possible moment with out making us waste our time driving down there. Although we were unable to go, i truely appreciate the effort in communication from this company and will try again next time we are in town.
