Overview

This is a great option for beginners wanting to go ATVing! You will receive personalized and hands-on training. Your ATV Training includes a safety operations briefing and some riding on our awesome test course, known as "The Sidewinder." The Sidewinder is full of turns, bumps, and hills that will help you go from beginner to expert! You’ll be accompanied by a certified guide with a vast knowledge of off-roading, Sonoran Desert wildlife, history, and survival techniques. This is a 1-hour ATV training session but you may be with us for up to 2-hours total. This time includes up to 1-hour of checking in and gearing up followed by up to 1-hour of training & riding.

Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries

Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
All guests must speak and understand English
All minors must be accompanied by a parent
A signed waiver will be required in order to participate
No skirts or dresses, no open toed shoes
Must be 16+ to drive with a valid ID
Must be at least 18+ with a valid ID and credit or debit card to book
For the best experience we recommend booking the early morning tour times, temps are cooler and group sizes are smaller

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

We had a blast! On our way in we hit very bad traffic due to an accident & were going to miss our 11am reservation. I called their 800# who contacted the local operator, they said they would honor our reservation whenever we showed up. Or gave us the option to come the next day. We showed up about an hour late & still got our full 3 hour time! I thought the folks that worked there, from the check-in, equipment table & especially our guides were really organized & very nice. Both our guides Sam(dude was hilarious) & Austin were very helpful & honest with the tour group about how intense the trail would be in certain areas. I was apprehensive at first, it's definitely harder than I expected but after a little while you get more comfortable & it's a super fun outing. I recommend listening to the guides on choosing your ATV (size does matter!) and during their lesson on the machine itself. It's good info for beginners (like us) & will be used while you're on the trail. Thanks for a great time! If we ever make it back to AZ we'll do it again :)

Jason and Cam were excellent!! We originally started out learning about the ATV’s, but quickly switched over to the UTV’s and ended up having a blast!! Let’s just say I was thoroughly impressed with what those little machines can do!!! I highly recommend going the UTV route for the longer, more fun route!!
