What To Expect
1
Jim Neville Marine Preserve
Beautiful mangrove islands--a birders paradise. We will paddle around the mangrove islands on the way to the secret beach.
2
Turtle Beach
We will pull our kayaks and paddleboards out of the water for a quick walk over the sand dune and to the Gulf of Mexico. From here, we will stretch our legs, maybe take a quick swim and just relax. This is a "secret" beach---only accessible by boat, so we may have the area to ourselves. It is such a beautiful and isolated beach--a local favorite.

This is a truly unique and engaging kayak adventure. The meet up is at a spacious parking area with full bathroom area. There is room to change after the tour. There are at least five tour operators. They were all super helpful in directing us to out guy. The tour guide Tim (whose spirit animal is the manatee) was continuously helpful, fun and knowledgeable. The tour itself is very laid back and suitable for any skill level. The group paddled into the lush mangrove tunnels before paddling to an island with boat only access. Tim let us beach the boats and splash around in the gulf waters as warm as a tepid bath. On the equipment, our group was a mix of single, tandem kayaks and paddle boards. All and all, best kayak tour ever.

Great experience. William was engaging and fun to talk to. We saw some dolphins playing by the docks, mangroves, and one manatee. It was a great morning on the waterways.
