Below average trip. The place has no clue. Tickets were bought for 5:30 pm. The guy at the booth tells us he does not have our names. The guy would not listen.After multiple discussion we were assigned to 6:30 PM trip. Poor quality service. I would recommend not to take this boat ride

I booked online directly through Viator and when I got to the boat, they could not find my reservation. After using my locator number they found it. All was well. However, I strongly recommend printing or storing your locator number AND calling them to confirm prior to your cruise to avoid confusion. Overall, the experience was great and the cruise was really fun.

A fun short cruise. The host gave a lot of fun facts about the sites we passed by. Nice music. Everyone was happy, he also paid attention to the safety of the kids and passengers. Nice! Would take it again next time
