Sigiriya The Ancient Rock Fortress

Sigiriya Lion Rock was designated as a world heritage site in 1982. Sigiriya is famous for it's palace ruins on top of a massive 200 meter high rock surrounded by the remains of an extensive network of gardens, reservoirs and other structures. You will have a guided tour around 3 Hours in this massive rock palace.

Sigiriya Museum

The museum in Sigiriya is well known to be the most attractive in South Asia, Sigiriya Museum represents its cultural, technological and archaeological value and You will have a guided tour of this museum.

Prince Ayurvedic Spice Garden

Minneriya National Park

Among the 24 species of mammals resident in the park are Elephants, Sloth Bear, Spotted Deer, Sambar Deer, Wild Buffalo, Wild Pig, Grey Langers, Purple-faced Leaf Monkey, three species of Mongoose, Porcupine, Indian Pangolin and many varieties Of birds. There are 3 national parks around this area, they are Minneriya, Kaudulla and Hurulu National Park. and wild Elephants move between these parks sometimes. Excellent tour showing must see things while in Sri Lanka. Vidu, my guide, was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Tour operator kept me updated on the plan. I would highly recommend using this company and guide.

With only one day to see Sri Lanka I booked a private tour hoping for the best. The trip exceeded all expectations, Vidu made the entire day (14 hours!) fun and was extremely great company the entire time. The driving was comfortable and safe, the organisation was great and he was flexibel with what we planned. All of the excursions were brilliant - couldn't come more highly recommended. Will be back Vidu!
