Overview

This tour departs the Deer Valley airport in Phoenix. It includes spectacular views of the Tonto National Forest, the Verde River, the Red Rock formations of Sedona, the San Francisco Peaks, the Painted Desert and the Navajo Indian Reservation. The flight continues on a scenic over-flight of the Grand Canyon on a route that only a few companies are allowed to fly.

After the overflight, the tour lands at the Grand Canyon airport, located just minutes from the entrance to the Grand Canyon National Park. Your ground tour is provided by a professional tour guide who will take you to scenic overlooks inside the Grand Canyon National Park. Your last stop will be in the Grand Canyon Historic Village where you may visit various lodges and other shops and galleries, all of which are located along the Rim, making it easy to see the Grand Canyon from many different vantage points. Optional box lunch is available for purchase.

Our family of four had a great flight over the Grand Canyon. Everyone from Westwind was great - from booking with Denienne to the amazing flight with Paul. We each had our own windows to enjoy the beautiful views. It was a perfect way to see so much of the canyon in our limited time there. Would fly with them again any time.

Great service. The narrated fly over the Canyon was helpful, our pilot added great information and all went well. The ground tour by Jeep/Hummer was very good. Our guide was so helpful not just at stopping at spots to see but then taking us to unique locations within the sites to see the best views and avoid the larger groups. Definitely can recommend the combo flight and ground tour.

This tour had it all. Team was very professional. Started at Deer Valley Airport flew to Sedona then to the South Rim took a helicopter to bottom of the canyon boarded a pontoon for a trip down the Colorado River could not have asked for more!!! Max our Pilot took wonderful care of us and delivered us expertly back to Phoenix.
