The class was a nice group activity, a little different than I expected, as the setup is that Tommy gives verbal lessons and mixes the first 2 rounds for you, and at the end you get to try mixing one drink behind the bar (my favorite part). We learned history and some basic cocktail knowledge, vocabulary, a bit of technique. This class is probably a better fit if you are someone who likes drinks on the sweeter side, as all of these recipes use their proprietary simple syrups which come in a variety of flavors, and if you are interested in buying their syrups, you can get a special deal at the end.
