The tour was awesome but perhaps we went too early in April (the first Saturday), spring being late, the fields in tulip town were three-quarter bare :( La Conner town was lovely, a tad quiet but I guess there's something to love about a quiet town :) Roozengaarde was just amazing except we didn't get to the field side, only saw the garden side (crowded as it was after lunch), but I think the fields were not full either :( Yet still, being early means it wasn't TOO crowded and that was a plus point at least. Give and take huh...less people crowd but also less flowers... Our driver was a friendly, chirpy fellow! John, his name. He made the trip light-hearted :)
