It's been about a year since my husband and I took this tour on our honeymoon. Our tour guide, Bryan Terrell was the best. His sense of humor was great and he was happy to take the most beautiful pictures of my husband and I for our family. My husband and I agree that this was the best land excursion we did. I very highly recommend this tour and Bryan Terrell as a tour guide. Terrific experience!

We arrived in Skagway on the cruise ship and was going to do the train trip like all the other people but wasn't convinced. So while walking along the wharf probably looking a bit lost a man with a van spoke to us. We explained what we were wanting to do which was sight seeing in the Yukon and he sent us to town to the popcorn shop where we booked our trip. We had the town yo ourselves for the morning while most of the ship was on the train then we met back and went on our journey. The driver was Excellent, We could call out bear or moose and he would stop for us to see. A great explanation of the area. Emerald lakes are awesome along with the desert up by the place we went for lunch and saw the huskie pups. Beautiful winter wonderland scenery. You do require your passport as you cross the boarder. The van had a nice small group instead of a huge bus load of people . I recommend doing this or one of these trips opposed to a packed train trip. We do pass the train a couple of times along the journey. Oh while the driver will stop to view bears or moose I'm partial to squirrels because we don't see them but he dosent stop for vermin!. Also I couldn't put the right review year or month but we were there in May 2015 .

This tour on 23rd September 2017 was our pick as the best of our Tours whilst visiting Alaska. Bryan Terrell our guide was outstanding. Bryan assured us when he picked us up at the Port that wet and misty Skagway would be replaced by fine and sunny weather once we reached the other side of the mountain and this is what happened. The vegetation in the Yukon was just showing Autumn colours and this, together with naturally beautiful scenery led to stunning views all the way. Bryan had a great knowledge of the area, a good sense of humour and great personality all of which contributed much to our tour. Can thoroughly recommend this tour.
