This was very deceiving as I thought it was a fast pass. The only thing it did was get us to go in the park ALITTLE bit faster Very disappointing for 100 a ticket

Came on Wednesday, March, 23rd, at 9am with my wife and 2 children. We purchased the regular tickets and the fast pass. Now I have to say hands down the fast pass is a 50 / 50! Why I say 50 / 50 is, because see during peak times most probably wouldn't need a fast pass during March if March weren't close to Spring Break if not Spring Break for most families already. I was reading prior to this that there are certain peak days to go when the park isn't as packed or crowded as usual and when I say usual I mean wait times of at most 15 to 20 minutes max. During March, 23rd I was beyond happy I grabbed the fast passes when I did. The wait times in the morning for even the Ghost Rider was already at 9am a 2 hour wait minimum, but with the fast pass, maybe 5 minutes. I lost my favorite hat on this ride. One of the ride attendants stated I didn't have to take my hat off, but put it backwards and me believing him lol big mistake as the first large dip that lifted my rear off the seat my hat went flying off... There is a strong downside to this fast pass though, for a good example the Silver Bullet was not ran adequately. Wearing my fast pass wristband I went up the stairs and honestly there was no one really in the fast pass lane, but once I reached the top there were people waiting in every line and no attendant checking to see if anyone coming from my side actually had wristbands, so basically anyone could just run up and not have to wait in line. While standing in a line a group of young teens attempted to cut me and the only polite one was a young teen girl who asked if I was waiting in line and of course I stated yes, so she explained that to her friends, because one of them apologized up and down as he thought I was cutting him and he was legit getting ready to fight over a spot lol. Honestly only reason why he did not fight was due to his friends stating I didn't do anything, so he apologized up and down. They truly need to watch that back stair case and have an attendant their! There are some rides that will not accept the fast pass like the Sol Spin, Supreme Scream, Surfside Gliders, Timber Mountain Log Ride, WaveSwinger, Balloon Race, Flying Ace, Grand Sierra Railroad, Linus Launcher, and Pacific Scrambler. To pay over $100 bucks for fast passes and not see the fast lanes for the rides listed above was ridiculous. If you pay $745.99 dollars for regular tickets / fast lane passes you deserve to have all lanes for all rides available not just some. My kids mainly were the ones waiting for the rides that didn't offer the fast lane which again was ridiculous. See my memories of coming here when I was 9 years old and of course 26 and now 37 with my kids has changed dramatically. I remember when Knotts Berry Farm was a true family destination and legit professional with everyone and even listened to ideas about changes needing to be made, but now it just seems like everything falls on deaf ears. I will say this, the place needs to be deep cleaned, graffiti on walls, restrooms, dirty restrooms, gum stuck on rails / walls, ride handles need to be wiped down as people get off the rides as some are legit sneezing and coughing in their hands, and etc.

While in line at a ride, my husband was punched in the back for not allowing parties to “meet someone up ahead.” When I informed staff, they stopped the party, who then said we shoved them. Because, according to security, “they had more witnesses,” my photos and the parks own security camera were ignored, and my husband was trespassed for a year. The girls hopped the fence and rode the ride without complaint, after, they were stopped by security, suddenly the smaller one was terrified and her leg hurt so badly! She even started crying…I’m sure it had nothing to do with the threat of being removed.
