Great history and memorabilia about this company. My family enjoyed seeing the vault, learning about The bottling process, seeing a 3-D movie, and Tasting the different sodas that Coca-Cola owns from around the world. This is a must see if you’re in Atlanta.

We got in without a wait and we’re able to enjoy the experience with out an overload of people. Going on a week day was the best decision.

We went to World of Coke (W of C) on pre-purchased tickets 4/6/22. We called in advance and asked about the best time to come to avoid crowds and were advised to come when they opened at 10am - which we did. There is a sign outside the venue that more or less says if you get sick- catch COVID at W of C, we are not responsible. This would be fine EXCEPT they line you up, and pack you in, then take a mass of people into an enclosed space (waiting area), hold you there, and then take you into a small theater to watch a movie. None of these things are done with the requirement that you be vaccinated - wear a mask - or maintain social distance (which is impossible due to the size of the spaces and number of people they allow into these spaces). Based upon this it seemed clear to us that Coke does not care about the safety, health, or welfare of its paying guest. We insisted on leaving the theater before the movie but got push back from a staff member. Once out of the holding room and theater we were able to maintain distance from others. However, we were so unnerved, uncomfortable, and angry about being packed into a space without the aforementioned precautions we just wanted to leave. At no point did Coke warn us that we would be made to do any of the above nor did they offer patrons the ability to pass on being stuck in a line without reasonable distancing, or to pass on being packed into a holding area, or not to see their movie. We believe they should have done ALL of these things. Perhaps for your die hard tourist who believe the pandemic is over - which it is not - or a person who believes there is no need to be cautious at all - the World of Coke would be fun. However, if you not one of these people we would tell you not to go. to the W of C. Going to the W of C is a non-stop commercial. The story is interesting. The place beyond the lines, holding area, and theaters are big enough to enjoy without having others on top of you. It is immaculate from what we could see. They have a policy once you enter the store area you can not re-enter the other part of the facility which is odd and unaccommodating to paying guest in our opinion. It serve them well if people come into the store (where you can buy a Coke emblazoned tee shirt for$22-$30) without paying admission but this should not be the problem of the person who has paid the cost of admission. You can't help but admire the Coke a Cola company for turning what probably should be a free a venue that regales their story and greatness into a money making venture. Based on our experience, I ask my wife to go back to buying Pepsi and to remind me that we are not people who really enjoy unabashed commercialism or really touristy attractions. After the past two years we only want to support companies that at least appear to care about the welfare of their customers.
