Aquarium of the Pacific

When you arrive at the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach, about 25 miles (40 km) south of Los Angeles, go straight to the gate with your general admission ticket. Pick up your guide book, and start exploring! Your general admission gives you access to all of the aquarium’s galleries and exhibits, which focus on the creatures and environment of the Pacific Ocean. Seeing all the beautiful ocean life. The experience of bing able to touch starfish, sting rays. Watching the sea lions play. The huge crabs, the octopuses

No big lines if you go early. Lots of empty display venues though. Plenty of washrooms- be ready to walk, the shuttle is not running

This was such a fun activity to do on the weekend. Lots do see and interact with. I loved that there were both indoor and outdoor exhibits to check out. Overall, we spent about 3 hours here and it wasn’t too crowded for a Saturday. However, we went earlier in the afternoon.
