Didn't get to go. I booked the 12PM tour the day before, and needless to say after starting at 7 AM to call, leaving messages, and texting about a pickup time and place more specific than 15-45 minutes before the tour time, I got no response. Someone besides the answering machine finally answered. I told her I'd been waiting at my hotel for 45 minutes to be told she overlooked me and didn't have another driver to pick me up. I did get a refund but doesn't really make up missing the great experience of first time seeing the Hoover Dam and possibly not ever being able to get to this area again.
