Easy to booking & waivers online, could not checkin contactless due to weigh-in requirements. A little pricey but worth it for the feeling of safety on the lines for a young kid. Parking was a little confusing for us newbies so recommended to get there 45min before your reservation just in case, and go up the entire hill to stables as that is the easiest & very close to setup. Office staff were friendly & wore masks over entire nose/mouth, but no one else did besides our family on our trip despite being very very close (<1ft apart the entire time). Nice that photographer was pretty affordable. Cute shirts too. Zip line Guides were hilarious! Lots of inconsiderate smokers all over the property, all were guests but one. Bathroom was clean. Drink machines out of order. Locker only available without locks, plan accordingly- truly nothing loose, no phone, no glasses, no bulging pockets. Perfect speeds & control on the lines. Duration was perfect for family of 3 (~1.25hrs). Young kids don’t have to control their own speeds, great work by guides in “catching” & ensuring safety during the entire experience. Reminder to bring cash for tipping guides, else ATM was working onsite too. Wish we could’ve done horses, maybe next time. Great views & beautiful day!

Friendly, kind, funny, interactive. Great experience for very young and old (me) haha. Not scary, definitely for beginner to moderate adventurer.

The staff that led us from one jump to the next were excellent, super friendly, and while going over safety that can be a slight snooze to hear, they make it more exciting by cutting up and adding humor but still delivering the sincerity of the risks involved. The first jump can leave you feeling a little nervous, but once you do it’s worth the wait!
