Small Group Antelope Canyon Day Trip from Phoenix

Overview
Hidden for centuries beneath Native soil, nature has built a cathedral for herself: a slot canyon still unsurpassed in its beauty, the perfect symphony of sand, stone and light, layered marble colored rock that is distinctly unique. In additional exploring Antelope Canyon with a Navajo guide, you will continue on your journey and visit Horseshoe Bend. A short hike takes you to the most captivating curve the Colorado River has carved out on his 1400 mile journey from the Rocky Mountains to the Gulf of California. At this sheer 1000ft drop, framed by massive canyon walls, the emerald green sparkly reflections of this ancient stream will surely take your breath away. Enjoy a local eatery in Page as well as a Navajo Trading Post along the day's route!

This was a wonderful day tour from Phoenix. Our tour driver, Mark, shared a lot of geologic and historical information during our drive. His knowledge added a lot to our trip. Once the sun came up, the scenery was incredible. Our tour included Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. As a bonus, our driver added a stop at the Glen Canyon Dam. All of the sites were beautiful, but Antelope Canyon is not comparable to anything I have ever seen before. It was a long day, but well worth it.

Antelope Canyon is absolutely stunning and surreal. We're delighted that you were able to join us on this tour, it's always a treat when we get to send a group up North for the day! Thanks for joining us and allowing us to show you around our wonderful Sun-Baked Southwest :)

Antelope Canyon is impressive but the tours are terrible. mobs of people shoved inside a small space, tough to see things or get good pictures. Very expensive for what you get unfortunately.

Me & my family thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Antelope Canyon. Our tour guide Mathew ( Mat ) made the tour enriching with information bytes and his endearing personality. Both the attractions - Antelope Canyon and Horse Shoe were remarkable to say the least. From our pickup to the drop back to our hotel was very well planned, on time and overall expertly orchestrated. I give Detours & Mat a huge thumbs up !!!

Hey there! Ah yes, the Antelope Canyon tour is one of our favorites to run. Not only due to it's massive and surreal beauty but it is always heartwarming to know that we were able to take even a single guest up North to this absolutely stunning landmark. There is nothing quite like spelunking down into Antelope's Lower Canyon. Horseshoe Bend is quite the sight as well! We're glad that you enjoyed yourself and we appreciate the kind words. Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with DETOURS!
