Small Group Antelope Canyon Day Trip from Phoenix

Overview
Hidden for centuries beneath Native soil, nature has built a cathedral for herself: a slot canyon still unsurpassed in its beauty, the perfect symphony of sand, stone and light, layered marble colored rock that is distinctly unique. In additional exploring Antelope Canyon with a Navajo guide, you will continue on your journey and visit Horseshoe Bend. A short hike takes you to the most captivating curve the Colorado River has carved out on his 1400 mile journey from the Rocky Mountains to the Gulf of California. At this sheer 1000ft drop, framed by massive canyon walls, the emerald green sparkly reflections of this ancient stream will surely take your breath away. Enjoy a local eatery in Page as well as a Navajo Trading Post along the day's route!

15 hour day mainly consumed by travel to and fro and picking up and dropping off tour group at hotels. Starting from Tempe worse since super early pickup 345am and last to dropoff at 9p, real site seeing from 10am to about 330p, driver added bonus of visiting Lake Powell, generous lunch and lots of waters and snacks given along the way, AC is not sufficient for summer heat

Hello and thank you for sharing your experience with us on tour! Antelope Canyon is one of our longest single-day tours, lasting a little over 4 and a half hours to get there alone not including stops! In order to accommodate everyone joining us on tour, sometimes we do have to travel around town to pick everyone up. Typically we expect to get everyone back to their hotel by 8 however things such as traffic and other influences out of our control do delay that some days. We do our best to balance out the long drive with additional stops, lunch, and our guides do their best to make everyone's day steady and worthwhile! We keep our vehicles under constant maintenance as well. The vehicle you were in was up to our ADS inspections - long days can be rather difficult to feel entirely comfortable all day. We do appreciate the feedback and we hope to see you again soon! We hope you took some photos to last you a lifetime. :)

First time to the canyon. We had Sam as our guide and let me tell you! If there was 6 stars I would select so. Sam is very knowledgeable guy! We learned so much within the day. At first before we boarded the bus thought it was going to be a long drive coming from Scottsdale. But it flew by so fast! Would recommended 100% and ask for Sam will make the experience one for the books.
