Awesome kayaking tour of the Colorado River and caves. Guide EJ was a great guide, told us about historical sites we were seeing and was very knowledgeable about the Hoover dam history and very personable cool guide. Our group only had 4 other people, which is a lot better than a large group of 10 or more, felt more like a private tour, then the larger bus tour. I would highly recommend EJ as your guide.

Thank you for your nice review I’m glad you had a great time with EJ. We think that running small tour groups sizes is definitely the way to go and far more personable. We also run our tours in 4 hours rather than the 3 that other companies run so it’s far more relaxing for beginners and less experienced paddlers. Come back and see us again and tell your friends. Brett was absolutely amazing. His personality definitely made the trip much more enjoyable. I couldn’t imagine going on a trip with anyone other than him. Dam facts and River Trivia were a lot of fun. The laid back small group was perfect. Brett knew our names and made sure to interact with us throughout the day. So happy with our decision to use Veteran Kayaks.
